Clean and decently equipped gym overall but the trainers are pushy and kind of rude. The personal trainers will put their client on or right next to a station set up on the turf side for no good reason. Could have mirrored the set up on the other side but constantly choose not to. If there’s a class they will start setting up 30 min before and blast music so loud you can hear it thru headphones. I got interrupted and given a 2 min warning even tho only one person arrived for the class by 10:05. That’s fine I was on a timer and I knew I could finish and clean up in 2 min. By the time I’ve cleared and racked equipment and moved off to the side by the paper towel machine to finish cleaning my gear she sends somebody over to tell me they’re about to start the class. I’m literally holding the spray bottle so I’m obviously using the towel station not working out. Mind you they haven’t even started warm ups just going thru each exercise. How is it they think they can restrict access to the spray/paper towels? Finally at 10:10 they start warming up on the opposite side of the room so, what was with all the rushing?

I have been working out over 30 years and have had memberships at multiple gyms in the past. The management at Crunch fitness Creedmoor Rd. recently turned me away because I was one day past due on my monthly payment. This was very unprofessional and done in bad taste . I was told by management that If I was past due that they see it as using their facilities for free , which is an outlandish policy concerning customer service.They will even interrupt your workout and ask you to leave if you are past due , just one day. That’s what late fees and yearly membership payments are for. So unprofessional and disrespectful
